Shipping rates are determined by USPS at the time of checkout. Orders are shipped every Tuesday & Friday and tracking typically updates within 48 hours of shipment.

Items that are in resell-able condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.  Please email troublesomegirlstudios@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.  (Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and that current response time is 3-5 business days.)
